When should I order my cake?
It is best to order it as soon as poss, as some months book up quicker and time is of the essence, this is also to avoid dissapointment.

Can I have a different flavour in each tier?
Yes you can, you can have any flavours you like.

What size cake will I need?
This all depends on how many guests are invited and your budget.

Can you cater for allergies?
Most allergies can be catered for i.e egg free, wheat free, etc. I could also provide ingredients that are organic or fair trade this may incure an extra charge.

How do I store my cake?
Never store your cake in the fridge as the icing will spoil.

Fruit cake last for months is stored in an airtight container, sponge cakes will only last a week or so, but can be frozen.

Will you deliver the cake?
I do deliver my cakes to your chosen venue, with a small charge.
